Party Closet & Decor

On the lower level of the barn, you’ll find what Pinterest dreams are made of: the Party Closet. You’re welcome to use these items as much or little as you like. It’s available to you to run wild with.

Keep in mind: Some items are not used frequently and may be dusty. It’ll be up to you or your vendors to prep any items you want to use. Please be sure to return items to where you found them.

Please, we beg of you: Return items after using them for your event. Sometimes, over anxious family members may mistakenly pack up some of our items. Please, please, please keep an eye out and return them if you take anything home. We try to keep as many items as possible to allow everyone to share and enjoy.

While we’re on the subject: This is a guide to what we have, but not a guarantee. Some items do disappear or break so please keep this in mind if there is anything you have your heart set on.

Lanterns

You will need to provide candles. If using real candles, they must be in glass. Fake candles may require batteries.

• Signs: a large assortment of small/medium chalkboard signs. Please bring chalkboard paint and pens if planning to use to repaint over.

• Wood crates: three available.

• Easels: three large black metal and assortment of small/medium tabletop black metal.

• Food stands and tiers: six large silver three tier displays, assortment of cake stands (wood, glass and metal). If you need a specific size, please ask or plan to bring your own.

• Cart: one white open cart with metal wheels.

• Three teak outdoor couches with cushions.

• Six Adirondack chairs for around the fireplace.

• Ivory market umbrellas.

• Games: giant Chess, two giant Jenga games. No corn hole is provided, but you may bring.

GREENERY & MEASUREMENTS

Any greenery on staircases or arbors is up to you and your florist. The ceremony arbors are all 8’ x 8’. The stair cases (to bridal suite and to hay loft) are both 25’.

Included greenery: there will be faux eucalyptus hanging from the chandeliers on the “old” side of the barn.

LIGHTS

You may bring in additional string lights for the barn. Lights must be LED and soft white. You are in charge of hanging lights and responsible for bringing in any extension cords. You must take additional string lights down the evening of your event.

FABRIC & MEASUREMENTS

No fabric or burlap is available and you will have to bring in if needed. The ceremony arbor is 8’ x 8’. The stair cases (to bridal suite and to hay loft) are both 25’ (add additional yardage if swagging).

We do not recommend an aisle runner for either inside or outside ceremonies. You may not nail or staple items to the barn floor.

Fabric may not be hung from the heaters in the barn.

Included fabric: curtains will stay up in the barn over windows and doors, though we take them down in the winter for cleaning.
