tables & linens

Below you’ll find table quantities and sizes, and measurements for linens. This is a helpful tool when creating your table layout and renting/purchasing linens.

Keep in mind: We do not include linens. Check out the vendor list for some wonderful options for linen rentals.

You can also purchase linens online. We highly recommend ironing or steaming these at home well before the week of your event. Trust us! This is a time consuming task and you will not have time on the day of your wedding to iron your linens. Carefully fold ironed linens and drape them over hangers (either wide hangers or cut a pool noodle to make the hang surface wider). DO NOT put in a box. They will crease like mad. If you own linens and do not want to spend the time to iron, you may be able to drop off at a local dry cleaner or linen rental company and pay to have them steam/iron.

Keep in mind: You may need linens for your caterer (buffet/appetizers/drink table), bar back, dessert, DJ, photo booth props table, etc. Check with your vendors on preferred table sizes and quantity.

8’ long

8’x 30” tables seat 4 people on either side.

Qty. 12

90 x 156” linen is floor length.

Planning Tip: Best option for seating in the loft. You can create one long table by placing two 8’s next to one another. This would seat 9 people on either side, for a total table seating of 18 (or 20 if you cap the ends).

Planning Tip: Typically used for buffet line tables (you’ll need to confirm with your caterer).

72” ROUND

Seats 10-11 people.

Qty. 10

132” linen is floor length.

Planning Tip: This is a lot of table versus walking space and can disrupt flow. Steer clear if your event has a larger guest count. This could be a good option for family style dining with lots of serving dishes.

Keep in mind: Not an option to use in the loft.

12’ x 32” tables seat 6 people on either side.

Qty. 4

Does not need a linen.

Not included. Available for rent for additional fee. $150 per table.

Cocktail Table

Qty. 6

120” linen falls straight to the floor.

132” linen can be tied with greenery or ribbon.

Planning Tip: If you plan to use these outside the barn, you’ll want to use 132” linen and tie them. Otherwise, the wind will blow the linens around!

Planning Tip: Make sure to talk to your florist about providing extra greenery for the ties or purchase some ribbon in a complementary color. This is a great way to pull in your event colors for a pop!
